Ingredients
1 chicken breast
3-4 potatoes
2-3 pickled cucumbers
A pickled peppers
4 Lebanese bread
mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt
sweet ketchup
2-3 large garlic cloves
thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Peel potatoes, cut 'straw' and fry;
