Cinnamon Biscuits

Cinnamon Biscuits

Ingredients:

200 grams butter,
300 grams of brown sugar,
2 eggs, a pinch of salt,
a stick of vanilla
(or a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, prepared in house)
350 grams of flour,
one teaspoon of cinnamon powder top a teaspoon of
bicarbonate off with a teaspoon of lemon juice.


Preparation:

rub butter with sugar thoroughly. Add whole eggs, vanilla, or vanilla stick the seeds and mix until well homogenized. Biscuits with orange (or lemon)

Ingredients:

3 egg yolks, three whole eggs,
200 grams of flour,
lemon zest from two oranges (or two lemons),
a powder salt.



Preparation:

rub butter and sugar foam. Put all the yolks in a day, then all the other eggs. Add flour, sifted, fresh, and thoroughly homogenized. Add orange peel (or lime). Put a teaspoon of batter in pan neunsa weights, and bake them at medium heat 40 minutes. Remove from pan with tip of knife, once they are ready. May be dust, but are very good and simple.
