Eating tomatoes mushrooms
A healthy food - mushrooms contain more iron, and tomatoes are low in calories - easily and quickly preparedIngredients

    
* 600 grams small mushrooms champignon
    
* 1 onion
    
* 1 clove garlic
    
* 400 g fresh tomatoes or
    
* 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
    
* 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
    
* Rosemary
    
* Salt and ground white pepper
Preparation


Wash the mushrooms well, cut in two or four depending on size, then drizzle with lemon juice.
Remove onion and garlic and chop finely. If you are fresh, clean and chop tomatoes.
It calesc mushrooms in hot oil at high heat, stirring continuously. Add onion, garlic and chopped rosemary and a little longer carriages, then add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and let simmer 10 minutes. If needed can be completed with 50 ml of water, depending on how much sauce tomato leaves.
Serve as a garnish  steaks, but is equally tasty and served as a main course with toast.
