eggs stuffed with mushrooms

Ingredients

    * 8 boiled eggs,
    * 200g. cream cheese kind,
    * Salt
    * Freshly ground black pepper,
    * 1 teaspoon mustard
    * 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar powder
    * 4 large tomatoes right,
    * 40 g margarine for cooking
    * 2 spring onions,
    * Parsley to decorate;
 
Preparation
1.Se cut both ends of the egg so that the top was cut more in order to remove the yolk.
2.Galbenusurile Crush well with a fork, mix cream cheese, mustard powder and sugar, then salt and eggs pipereaza.Se filled with this composition.
3.Rosiile cut in half, remove seeds and I cover the eggs with half a tomato. (See picture)
4.Se rub margarine and foam are small tip of a knife punctulete on red hat.
5.Ceapa green finely cut, place on a platter, arrange the stuffed eggs with the parsley and decorating.
