Iran has formally agreed to resume talks with major powers on its nuclear program, according to a letter addressed to EU diplomacy chief, Catherine Ashton.
Iranian Ambassador to Brussels had sent Ashton's response to the proposal Tuesday to resume negotiations.
"We look at this letter, " the spokesman said the EU chief diplomat, Maja Kocijancic.
