A worker at the Fukushima nuclear power plant, severely damaged by the earthquake of March 11, died after suffering a seizure while transporting radioactive materials for water decontamination, announced Sunday, news agency Jiji
A spokesperson for the plant operator, TEPCO company said that tests have confirmed that a worker suffers no contamination with radioactive substances.
Aged about 60 years, worker fainted at work and was immediately evacuated to hospital, where he was pronounced death.
